My password is not working


If you need help resetting your password, we can help by sending you a link to reset it.

1. Click on Forgot your Password?
2. Enter the email address
3. Select Reset Password
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email 
5. Click on the URL provided in the email and enter a new password


No Email Received? 

1. Check your spam/junk folder
2. Make sure the email address support@voxy.com is not blocked or make sure all emails from this email are always delivered
3. If that still does not work please contact support@voxy.com
