I got dropped from class


If you got dropped from a class or lost your connection during your live session, please follow these instructions:

Group Classes:
If you lost your connection or got dropped out from a group class after 10 minutes of the start of the session, you will not be able to log back in.

Private Classes:
Check your Internet connection and return to the Private Class page in the Live Instruction section and click Talk to Tutor.

Here are a few things for attending the live session successfully:
1. We recommend a strong internet connection with download and upload speeds of at least 1 Mb / s.
2. Check your browser settings and make sure that popups are allowed.
3. Use the following browsers to access your course: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.
