Searching on the Voxy Command Center

Within the Voxy Command Center's Manage Learners page, you can use the search, filter and date range tools to quickly and accurately find the information you are looking for. There are some specificities to each one of them, outlined in detail below:

Search Tool:

In order to search, click on the text box displaying "Filter Results" and type any text or numerical values you are looking for. Email addresses, learner names, feature group names and dates are common searches:

Columns, Filters and Date Ranges:

It is also possible to apply various filters, columns and date ranges to expand or narrow down your searches in the Voxy Command Center, as explained below.

The Last Login Date filters allow you to narrow searches down considering if learners logged into the platform before or after a certain date or even if they logged at all. Make sure to select the date desired if you choose the "After" or "Before" rule:

NOTE: Selecting and deselecting boxes in any filter selection window will cause filters to automatically appear or disappear from the search results.

To close any selection window, click anywhere outside it.

Modifying the Date Range of the search:

By default, the date range for the searches is displayed considering the last 90 days from the date you are searching. However, you can easily edit the date range you are viewing data in by clicking on the dropdown menu displaying the current date range. The date range filters are as follows:

  • Today: The data shown is only from the present day.
  • Yesterday: The data shown is only from the day before.
  • Last 7 days: The data shown is only from the 7 past days.
  • Last 30 days: The data shown is only from the 30 past days.
  • Last 90 days: The data shown is only from the 90 past days.
  • Last 6 months: The data shown is only from the 6 past months.
  • Last 12 months: The data shown is only from the 12 past months.
  • Custom: This option allows you to select a custom date range and enter any date range you want to see on the searches. You should select it from the calendar selection window that appear, as shown below.

NOTE: In the report, there are 6 columns related to the Voxy Proficiency Assessment (VPA). Notably, there are columns named "First VPA level", "First VPA score", "First VPA date".

These fields are directly related to the date range selected. If the date range selected is "last 90 days", then the fields that refer to First VPA, will represent the first VPA taken in the last 90 days. The same logic applies for the "Last VPA" fields.

If the learner has only taken 1 VPA in the date period selected, then data will be the same for "first" and "last" fields.

If the learner has not taken any VPAs in the date period selected, all fields will return blank.
