Single Learner Account Actions

In addition to modifying a learner's information and moving learners from groups individually, there are three other actions possible within the single learner profile that can come in handy. They are all accessible through the three dot icon mceclip0.png in the learner profile. These are:

 

Resend Activation Email

It is possible to resend a learner the activation email in case they haven't accessed their account for the first time yet. All it takes is to click the three dot icon in the learner profile and click on the Resend Activation Email option:

After the action button is clicked, a confirmation message will appear:

NOTE: this feature is not available for customers that use API/LMS authentication methods.

Send Password Reset Email

In case a learner is not receiving password reset emails, you can try sending them forcefully by using this action, as long as they have already accessed the platform at least once and set their password. Like the other single learner actions, you should click the three dot icon in the learner profile and click on the Send Pasword Reset Email option to use it:

Upon clicking on the action, a confirmation message is shown:

Make VPA Available Now:

In case it is needed to make the VPA® available before the date determined by the period between a VPA® or another, you can use this action. It is especially handy for cases where the learner had some problem during the taking of the VPA®. Like the other actions, click on the three dot icon and select the Make VPA Available Now action:
