How many tokens do I have left and when do they expire?
You will find the number of tokens still available to you on the top left corner of your profile.
By clicking on it, you will also access the expiry date.
Tokens are valid for 6 months.
30 days before the expiration date, you will be sent a reminder email.
Please, make sure you check your spam folder as well.
Can I transfer my tokens to someone else?
Yes, you can. Mind that the validity of your tokens will not change.
If you want to transfer your tokens to someone else, please contact our customer care (support@fluentify.com) and provide them with the name, surname e email address of the person you would like to give your tokens to.
Can I use my non-PRO tokens to book a PRO tutor?
Yes, you can.
However, in order to book a PRO session, the platform will use two non-PRO tokens.
