If the user can’t book new sessions:
- Expired tokens: Tokens are valid for 6 months. Once they expire, they won’t be visible on the profile anymore. It is possible to obtain an extension of the expiry date if purchasing a new 10 or 25 pack of sessions. In this case, the student will have to contact our Customer Service team to get the extension of the expired tokens.
- Tutor of the wrong category: If the student has purchased a Fluentify PRO pack, it won’t be able to book a non-PRO Fluentify tutor. If the student buys a Fluentify pack, they will be able to use 2 tokens to book a PRO session.
The user still hasn’t completed the Placement test: It is only possible to book new sessions once the Placement test is completed and the tutor has left the feedback.
