Before starting a session, we suggest running a connection test to check that the connection is strong enough to support the videoconference.
These are the two connection test you could take before the session:
Check that the correct microphone and webcam are selected for the videoconference by clicking on the icon in the right corner of the address bar.
If you still encounter any connection problems or during the test, please contact our customer support (hello@fluentify.com) providing us with a screenshot of the test results.
