For example, an organization that wants to create separate programs for learners in Mexico, Peru and Spain can separate learners into different groups with different platform configurations and definitions of success. During the implementation process, your Onboarding Manager will work closely with you to determine the best strategy to segment your learners.
For example, we can turn access to live instruction on or off for particular segments of learners, or create different levels of access. Using the previous example of an organization with learners in three different countries, an Onboarding Manager can create a strategy where learners in Spain receive two hours of live instruction per month while learners in Peru and Spain receive only one hour. Other components of the platform can be configured for different segments, including different approaches to the Voxy Proficiency Assessment (VPA®), setting content filters and managing certain groups of learners with more ease.
